Mô tả công việc : | • Responsibility for Facility Management in our plant in Long Thanh. • Lead the FCM team (engineers and technicians) • Communication to outside partners. E.g. Sonadezi, power company, contractors for HcP, FCM subcontractors and others • Prepare effective equipment maintenance schedule • Site and building identification • Initiate and maintain continuous improvement activities in FCM • Run CO2 reduction project • Support our construction department for the extension of the building • Run the user specific building extension projects (waste water treatment, generators, gas park, etc) • Cost and budget tracking for FCM |
Kỹ năng công việc: | • Education: Engineer bachelor or master degree, university Electrical or mechanical background • Work Experience: 6 years in facility management, at least 2 years in similar position • Special Skills: Facility equipment management includes Air compressors, gas supply, generators, building structure ….. • Languages: Mandatory: English, Vietnamese, spoken and written • Hardware / Sof***are Skills: Mircosoft Office package - This candidate must have leadership skills. His English should be good, because he/she has to report to a German manager. - Very important - Must be fluent in spoken and written English |
